Motor Yacht SANOO Model 1979 Feadship 60 Meter
Feadship / 60.56m / 1979 (refit 2017)
SANOO is a truly majestic classic 60-meter yacht, built by the renowned Feadship Royal Van Lent shipyard to a design by De Voogt and delivered in 1979. She was first commissioned by a scion of the Mercedes-Benz dynasty followed by long term private ownerships as her second owner enjoyed SANOO for over 30 years until 2014.For the past three years, she underwent an extensive refit period that brought major upgrades and a more contemporary look. During that time, substantial engineering works and extensive visual ‘re-build' has taken place with serious decluttering, restyling of all the exterior and significant modification to her deck layout, including a large new Jacuzzi installation with lounge area on her sundeck.
Her elegant and modern interior feels brand new yet cosy, while maintaining her magnificent lines and character. She accommodates 16 Owners and guests in eight staterooms. On the main deck sits a distinctive full-beam Owner’s stateroom comprised of a private lounge area and his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms. A family suite, that combines one VIP and one twin with a shared bathroom, is also located on the main deck, along with another VIP. The additional guest staterooms include three doubles and a twin, all with en-suite bathrooms, on the lower deck.
SANOO has accommodation of up to 20 crew guaranteeing an excellent service on-board. Powered by two MTU diesel engines, they give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and she is fitted with at Quantum underway and zero speed stabilizers.
